This milestone follows earlier protection secured in the United Kingdom and represents a significant step in reinforcing the integrity, clarity, and long-term stability of the NCSP® credential ecosystem.

With both UK and EU rights now formalized, the NCSP® framework stands on its strongest legal foundation to date.
